Return Policy

Returns and Cancellations

We do not offer returns. Returns are only applicable in case an incorrect product is delivered. Cancellations are only possible before the order confirmation is sent out. After an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. In case of a prepaid order cancellation, a credit note will be generated for the amount paid by you.

Exchange

We offer size exchanges- in case you have ordered the wrong size or the pair does not fit you. If the pair is not available in another size, a credit note will be issued. Please note, a request for exchange must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Refund

Where size and style returns are not possible, a refund will be issued in the form of credit notes equivalent to the full purchase amount of the product (this does not include shipping and cod fees), valid for two months.
