- Your return order will be picked up from the address provided by you while initiating the exchange request.
- Items not meeting the return conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense. No exchanges/credit notes will be issued in such cases.
- In case an incorrect product is delivered to you, it will be returned/exchanged at our expense.
