• We do not offer returns or refunds, only size exchanges. There is no cost involved for return shipping.
• Exchanges are not applicable to sale purchases, only regular purchases.
• Your return order will be picked up from the address provided by you while initiating the exchange request.
• Items not meeting the return conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense. No exchanges/credit notes will be issued in such cases.

RETURN CONDITIONS

• Items must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them.
• Items must be in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
• When returning embellished items, avoid putting weight on the embellishments, which could cause them to break or fall off.
